Champion II Pro Solutions, LLC is an insured HVAC, plumbing, and home-repair services provider serving Metro Atlanta and the surrounding counties; new HVAC installations are completed through our licensed install partners. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through championprosolutions.com.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you choose to provide it through the request-service form on this site. That form asks for:

Your name
Your phone number
What you need (a short description of the service you're requesting)
Your address (optional -- only needed if you want us to reference it when we call)

We also receive basic technical data generated by our hosting platform (Cloudflare), such as IP address, browser type, requested page path, and timestamps. This data is used for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual users across sites.

How we use it

Information submitted through the request-service form is used to:

Call you back about the service you requested.
Schedule an appointment or answer questions about your project.
Keep a record of communications related to your request.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes unrelated to your request, and we do not contact you after your project is complete except in connection with follow-up service or at your request.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Your information may be shared only as follows:

Hosting and storage (Cloudflare): This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles network requests and stores request-form submissions in Cloudflare KV so a request is never lost, even if our operator notification fails to deliver. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Operator notification (ntfy): A new request triggers a push notification to our operator via ntfy.sh so we can call you back quickly. Only the details you submitted are included in that notification.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or other legal process.

No other third parties receive your personal information.

Retention

Request-form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your request, complete any requested project, and maintain ordinary business records. If a request does not result in a project, we may delete the related information after a reasonable period. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us directly.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of the information you submitted through this site by contacting us at the phone number or email below. We will respond within a reasonable time and will honor valid deletion requests unless we are required by law or legitimate business necessity to retain certain records.
