Service requests and estimates
Calling us or submitting the request-service form on this site initiates a service inquiry. Receiving a callback, a free estimate, or a verbal quote does not create a binding service agreement. Any commitment by Champion II Pro Solutions, LLC to perform work becomes binding only when both parties have agreed, verbally or in writing, to a specific scope, timeline, and price. Work begins only after that agreement is in place.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if conditions not visible during the initial assessment are discovered once work begins. Champion II Pro Solutions will communicate any scope changes before proceeding.
Residential and light commercial scope
Champion II Pro Solutions, LLC performs HVAC, plumbing, and home-repair work in accordance with applicable Georgia state and local codes. Services include but are not limited to HVAC repair, new installations, maintenance tune-ups, HVAC inspections, plumbing, and general home repair / handyman work.
Any work requiring a permit will be permitted through the appropriate local jurisdiction. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for disclosing any known hazardous conditions prior to work beginning.
Licensing and compliance
Champion II Pro Solutions, LLC is insured to perform the services described on this site in the State of Georgia. New HVAC installations are completed through our licensed install partners. Work is completed to meet or exceed applicable state code and any local amendments enforced by the relevant municipality or county. We coordinate permit applications and inspections as required for the permitted scope of work.
